I am also aware you can create the watch folder etc. So can anyone please clarify if every AE instance will indeed need it's own license to function in that scenario. The information around that seems to differ from one document to the next. I am aware of the process around setting up the Multi-machine render settings in the render queue, however, I am not certain whether each instance of AE on the farm then requires it's own license to run while processing that job. This is more in regards to the actually setup. I am across the use of image sequences only and the specs stuff etc. I am trying to setup an AE render farm atm and to be blunt, I find the Adobe documentation around this pretty lack lustre.
